**Sweat on the Ship: Glow Night Edition** is a high-energy, all-levels strength and movement workout held under the stars on the flight deck of the USS Yorktown. As the sun sets and the ship lights up, we’ll turn up the fun with glow sticks, music, and an electric atmosphere. This one-of-a-kind experience combines functional movement, strength, and community—set against the backdrop of Charleston Harbor and the historic ship. Whether you come to sweat, shine, or just have a blast, all ages and fitness levels are welcome. Let’s light up the night together!  

Bringing a water and mat is recommended.

Glow items will be provided.  Doors open at 7:30pm.
