We are excited to collab with Legion Performance Club for a second weekend to bring Legion training to the flight deck!



Grab a partner (or take it on solo) and get ready for a strength challenge built for every fitness level. This doubles strength style workout combines the same elements that make Legion workouts addictive: endurance, strength, grit, and teamwork.



You’ll rotate through stations featuring Ski Ergs, Rowers, Sandbags, Kettlebells, and bodyweight movements in a fast-paced format designed to keep everyone moving.&#x20;



Whether you’re training for your next fitness event or just looking for an incredible workout, this session delivers the perfect mix of competition and fun.



How it works:
• Partner up & work together
• Solo athletes complete the full workload independently
• Designed for all fitness levels with scalable options available
• Capacity for up to 50 athletes

Know before you go:

Please arrive 15-20 minutes early to allow time to park and make your way to the flight deck, it takes longer than you think!  This is a rain or shine event.  We have an alternate rain plan in the event of inclement weather.
