Grab a partner (or take it on solo) and get ready for a strength inspired challenge built for every fitness level. This strength and endurance style workout combines the same elements that make Legion workouts addictive: endurance, strength, grit, and teamwork.


You’ll rotate through stations featuring Ski Ergs, Rowers, Sandbags, Kettlebells, and bodyweight movements in a fast-paced format designed to keep everyone moving.&#x20;



Whether you’re training for your next fitness event or just looking for an incredible workout, this session delivers the perfect mix of competition and fun.
