We are honored to present a deeply immersive and restorative **Sound Bath & Mat strength & stretch slow flow**, thoughtfully designed to support relaxation, emotional release, and nervous system regulation in a truly unique setting.



This 90-minute journey will unfold in a seamless, intentional strength & stretch, guided by experienced practitioners in mindfulness, mat-based work, and sound healing.



The evening will begin with a **guided, heart-opening meditation** led by Laura Baron, founder of *Peaceful Presence*. Laura will gently guide participants inward through breath awareness and intentional focus, creating a grounded and receptive space for the experience ahead.

Following meditation, Amanda Oberhaus will lead a **slow, strength and stretch mat flow**, emphasizing deep stretching and body awareness.&#x20;



To help conclude the mat portion of the event, **Mallory Langston** will provide a live **sound bath**, using crystal sound bowls to create resonant frequencies that support deep relaxation and meditative states. The soundscape will be further enhanced by Laura Baron, who will incorporate additional healing instruments such as **tuning forks and a glass harp**, adding layers of vibrational depth to the experience.



The session will gently transition into **mat based breathe work**, allowing participants to fully integrate the physical, emotional, and energetic benefits of the practice.
