I’m so excited to share an upcoming “Sweat & Reset” event I’ve co-created, in partnership with @livefitgymsf , a space whose mission to support holistic wellbeing through movement, recovery, and care, of which aligns deeply with the work I do through The Calm Core.

The Calm Core Connection is a newly launched wellness community grounded in culture, creativity, and care, where movement, local practitioners, and shared experiences come together in inclusive, people-centered ways. 

Partnering with Live Fit Gym felt like a natural fit, as we both believe that wellness is not just about how hard we work, but how well we support the body, mind, and nervous system.

🧘🏽‍♀️Calm Core Pilates | 5:15–6:30 PM
I’ll be guiding a Pilates-based class rooted in the Calm Core Method, blending sculpting, low-impact HIIT options, and intentional movement. We’ll close with a grounding guided meditation to support nervous system reset and help you reconnect with yourself.

This class is designed for all levels and centers on moving with purpose, listening to your body, and leaving feeling energized, supported, and restored.
