By registering for and/or participating in a Sweat & Social fitness event, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

I understand that participation in fitness activities, including but not limited to strength training, cardio exercise, and movement-based classes, involves inherent risks, including the risk of injury, illness, or other physical harm. 

I voluntarily choose to participate and assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries, or damages that may occur as a result of my participation.

I affirm that I am physically capable of participating in this event and have no medical condition that would prevent safe participation. I agree to listen to my body, modify movements as needed, and stop exercising if I experience pain, dizziness, shortness of breath, or discomfort.

I acknowledge that it is my responsibility to consult with a physician prior to participating if I have any health concerns.

In consideration of being allowed to participate, I hereby release, waive, and discharge Sweat & Social, its founder, instructors, volunteers, partners, venues, vendors, and any affiliated individuals or entities from any and all claims, liabilities, demands, or causes of action arising out of or related to my participation in the event, including those caused by negligence, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

I understand that Sweat & Social events may be photographed or recorded, and I grant permission for my likeness to be used for promotional, marketing, or educational purposes without compensation.

I agree to follow all event guidelines and safety instructions. 

I understand that Sweat & Social reserves the right to refuse or terminate participation for any reason, including safety concerns.

By registering for this event, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and voluntarily agree to this waiver and release of liability.
