Participant Waiver & Release of Liability

By purchasing a ticket for and/or participating in Sweat Vault, produced by Solstice Collective and hosted at Anthem Nightclub (“the Event”), I acknowledge, understand, and agree to the following:

1. Assumption of Risk

I understand that the Event includes physical movement, functional exercise, and physical activity, which may involve strength, mobility, balance, coordination, and cardiovascular exertion. I acknowledge that participation carries inherent risks, including but not limited to muscle strain, soreness, dizziness, falls, aggravation of pre-existing conditions, or other physical injury.

I knowingly and voluntarily assume all risks, known and unknown, associated with participating in the Event, including risks related to Sweat Vault, Solstice Collective, InerXia Training, Anthem Nightclub, and all Event-related activities.

2. Physical Condition & Medical Clearance

I confirm that I am physically capable of participating in the Event and have no medical condition that would prevent safe participation. I understand it is my responsibility to modify movements, take breaks, or stop participation at any time if I experience discomfort, pain, dizziness, or fatigue.

I acknowledge that no medical advice is being provided and that I should consult a physician if I have any concerns regarding my health or physical limitations.

3. Release of Liability

In consideration of being permitted to participate, I hereby release, waive, and discharge Sweat Vault, Solstice Collective, InerXia Training, Anthem Nightclub, and all Event partners, including but not limited to sponsors, vendors, facilitators, wellness providers, instructors, DJs, brand partners, contractors, volunteers, and affiliates, from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising from or related to participation in the Event.

This release includes, but is not limited to, claims related to personal injury, illness, property damage, emotional distress, or death, whether caused by negligence or otherwise, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

4. Personal Responsibility & Movement Modifications

I understand that participation is voluntary, and I am solely responsible for listening to my body and respecting my physical limits. I acknowledge that instruction, demonstrations, or guidance provided during the Event do not replace my personal responsibility to exercise judgment and caution.

5. Partner Activations Disclaimer

I acknowledge that certain Event partners may offer optional activations, services, or experiences (including but not limited to chair massage, InBody scans, product sampling, hydration, or lifestyle activations). Participation in these activations is voluntary, and I assume all risks associated with engaging in partner-provided services.

6. Alcohol Disclaimer

I acknowledge that alcohol may be available at Anthem Nightclub during or after the Event. I understand that alcohol consumption is optional and my sole responsibility. I agree not to participate in physical activity while impaired and assume all risks related to alcohol consumption before, during, or after the Event.

7. Venue Acknowledgment (Anthem Nightclub)

I understand that the Event takes place inside a nightclub venue and may include low lighting, loud music, crowds, and uneven or hard flooring. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with the venue environment.

8. Media Release

I grant permission to Sweat Vault, Solstice Collective, InerXia Training, Anthem Nightclub, and all Event partners to use photographs, video recordings, audio recordings, or other media captured during the Event for marketing, promotional, and educational purposes, without compensation or prior approval.

9. No Refund Policy

I acknowledge that all ticket sales are final. No refunds will be issued for missed attendance, scheduling conflicts, or voluntary withdrawal.

10. Agreement & Acknowledgment

I certify that I have read and fully understand this waiver. I voluntarily agree to its terms and acknowledge that I am waiving certain legal rights.

By purchasing a ticket and/or attending the Event, I agree to this waiver in its entirety.
