Sweatworking Sundays

A simple morning walk, open to everyone. No fitness level required, no pressure, just movement and good company.

Island Heights Boardwalk
9am, Sunday

Bring a friend or come solo and leave with a few new ones. We walk, we talk, we feel good. That's it.

See you on the boardwalk, we meet at the Pavilion.
