Calling all mompreneurs, girlbosses, and boundary-breaking business moms! Join us for a morning sweat sesh designed to help you network, connect, and move — because building community and building a business go hand in hand.

**The Workout:**
🏃‍♀️ 2 mile boardwalk stroll
💪 10 push-ups
🔥 20 sit-ups
🦵 30 air squats

Scalable and beginner-friendly — modify however you need. This is about showing up, not showing off.

**What to Bring:**
✅ A positive attitude
✅ Business cards (bring plenty — you'll want to swap!)
✅ Your kids — all ages welcome! Bring the whole crew.
