Love cake, cookies, brownies any sweets? Love surprises? Then get ready for the ultimate sugar-fueled adventure! At the Sweet Swap, every guest brings something baked of their choice (homemade, store-bought, or grandma’s secret recipe 😉). In return, you’ll go home with a box full of delicious slices from everyone else’s creations.

**🎂 How it works:**

1. Bring your dessert - any flavor, style, ***enough for serving 10-12***.
   1. Bring a display card with ingredients, name of your dessert & social media handle.
   2. To-go box.
   3. Cutting knife to leave at your dessert.
   4. Chair, blanket to sit on.&#x20;

3. Leave with a build-your-own sampler box that’s as unique as your taste buds

SWEET SWAP HOLD HARMLESS AGREEMENT, WAIVER, & RELEASE FORM

In consideration of being permitted to participate in the Sweet Swap, I hereby waive, release and discharge any and all claims for damages or personal injury, death, or property damage which I may have or which may hereafter accrue as a result of my participation in the Sweet Swap. This release is intended to discharge, in advance, Lets Go Girls LLC, a California limited liability company (“Lets Go Girls”), its owners, agents and any affiliates, whether contracted or employed, from and against any and all liability arising out of or connected to in any way, with my participation in the Sweet Swap.

In giving the release herein, which includes claims which may be unknown to me at present, I acknowledge that I have read and understand Section 1542 of the California Civil Code, which reads as follows:

“A general release does not extend to claims that the creditor or releasing party does not know or suspect to exist in his or her favor at the time of executing the release and that, if known by him or her, would have materially affected his or her settlement with the debtor or released party.”

I hereby expressly waive and relinquish all rights and benefits under that section and any law of any other jurisdiction of similar effect with respect to my release of claims herein, including but not limited to my release of unknown claims.

I understand that the sweets provided at the Sweet Swap were not prepared by Lets Go Girls; may not have been prepared in a commercial kitchen subject to health department inspection; Lets Go Girls did not control the preparation, handling, or ingredients; and consumption of such food may pose risks including, but not limited to, foodborne illness, allergic reactions, or other health hazards. Knowing the risks involved, nevertheless, I have voluntarily agreed to participate in the Sweet Swap, and I hereby agree to assume any and all risks of injury or death and to release and hold harmless Let’s Go Girls, its owners, agents and any affiliates, whether contracted or employed, who might otherwise be liable to me.

I further understand and agree that this waiver, release and assumption of risks is to be binding on my heirs and assigns. I hereby grant Lets Go Girls all rights and consent to copyright, use, re‐use, publish or re‐publish, copy, exhibit or distribute all photographs and/or video of myself to be used for Lets Go Girls’ website, social media and any promotional electronic or printed material without restriction as to frequency or duration of usage and without compensation.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California. Any dispute arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be settled by binding arbitration in San Diego, California.

I acknowledge that I have carefully read the Hold Harmless Agreement, Waiver and Release Form and fully understand its contents. I am aware that it is a full and complete release of liability and a contract between myself and Lets Go Girls and that I am accepting full responsibility for any injuries I may sustain by my participation in the Sweet Swap. I further understand that by signing this Hold Harmless Agreement, Waiver and Release Form, I voluntarily surrender certain legal rights. No oral representations, statements, or inducements apart from the foregoing written agreement have been made.

1. Consent to Media Use I grant Let’s Go Girls, its affiliates, partners, and representatives the unrestricted right to record, photograph, film, or otherwise capture my image, likeness, voice, and/or participation at any Let’s Go Girls event.
2. Rights Granted I authorize Let’s Go Girls to use, reproduce, distribute, display, publish, or otherwise share these recordings or images in any format (including social media, websites, advertising, and promotional materials) without compensation, restriction, or prior approval.
3. Release of Liability for Media Use I release Let’s Go Girls, its affiliates, and representatives from any claims, demands, or causes of action related to the use of my image, likeness, or voice, including claims for invasion of privacy, right of publicity, or defamation.
4. Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver I understand that attending Let’s Go Girls events may involve certain risks, including but not limited to slips, falls, accidents, or other injuries. By participating, I voluntarily assume all risks related to my attendance and agree that Let’s Go Girls, its affiliates, and representatives shall not be held liable or responsible for any injury, illness, loss, damage, or accident occurring at or after the event.
5. No Obligation Let’s Go Girls is not obligated to use any media in which I appear.
Acknowledgment By clicking this button, I confirm that I am at least 18 years of age (or have parent/guardian consent if under 18) and that I have read, understood, and agree to the terms of this Media & Liability Waiver in accordance with California law.
