Join Sweetie V’s family for a chill walk and good vibes… perfect way to unwind and meet new friends!





Welcome to **Sweetie V’s Walking Club** 💖



We are starting a monthly **1.5 mile community walk** designed to help you slow down while still moving your body.



This walk is **for adults 18-100+**. You can walk solo, bring a friend, or meet new friends along the way all paces welcome: walk, power walk, or light jog.



During the walk, you’ll have the option to reflect on:
• Something you’re proud of this month
• Something you’re grateful for
• Something you’re stepping into next



**Tips for participants:**

* Wear tennis shoes or comfortable walking shoes
* Dress in comfortable clothing
* Bring water if you like
* Optional: preorder a Sweetie V’s cookie to enjoy afterward

After the walk, we’ll meet back outside Sweetie V’s to hang, connect, and enjoy a **featured drink vendor pop-up**(optional to purchase).



**Event includes:**
• 1.5 mile guided walk (\~30–50 min)
• Reflection prompt card (optional)
• Community hang after (\~20–30 min)
• Featured drink vendor pop-up (optional purchase)

**Parking:** FREE Limited parking + nearby street parking. Please allow extra time to park.


**Weather:** Sun/Heat/Wind...walk continues. Severe weather or light rain (reschedule).


**Waiver:** By attending, you agree you are participating at your own risk.
