Each of our instructors has 10+ years of Tai Chi, martial arts training, and teaching experience. Lessons include a personal evaluation of your range of motion, flexibility and strength, foundation Tai Chi and Qi Gong movements to improve the strength and flexibility of your legs, back, shoulders, neck, and other joints. The instructor will recommend movements to increase your health and longevity based on your personal goals.



Come in for a free introductory lesson.

Sign up for a month between now and August 31, 2025! One month of lessons for $99 (normally $125).
