Expect 25-minute back-to-back “tastes” of movement and wellness from a variety of local studios, including yoga, Pilates, breathwork, meditation, and more, plus health, wellness, and spa Experience Stations.

 

Try as many sessions as you’d like, skip the ones that aren’t calling to you, and ebb and flow through the event at your own pace. No rules. ✨
