Whether you're a Pilates instructor, currently in training, or simply someone wanting to better understand movement during pregnancy and postpartum, I'd love to have you join me for this 3-hour workshop.



We'll break down what *actually* happens to the body throughout pregnancy and postpartum so you can move (or teach) with confidence. We'll cover everything from breathing mechanics, pelvic floor function, deep core activation, and diastasis recti to common discomforts, exercise modifications, contraindications, programming, and practical cueing.



This isn't about memorizing a list of exercises to avoid. It's about learning how to think critically, understand the "why" behind your programming, and feel confident adapting movement for every stage of pregnancy and recovery.



Expect a mix of education, discussion, and movement. We'll work through real-life scenarios, explore exercise progressions and regressions for both mat and reformer, and give you plenty of practical tools you can start using right away.



Whether your goal is to better support your clients, expand your knowledge as an instructor, or simply learn more about your own body, you'll leave with a deeper understanding of prenatal and postpartum movement.
