We’re back for the final **Tennis for the People** of the summer — and we’re going bigger for the finale. In partnership with **WTF Media Studios and DJ MoMA**, proudly sponsored by **Luxilon**, with support from **On, Happy Viking, and USTA Eastern**, this edition brings together tennis, music, competition, and community for one last day on court.

🎾 **11:00 AM–1:00 PM — Beginner + Intermediate Clinic**

Whether you’re brand new to tennis or already have some experience and want to sharpen your game, join us for two hours of skills, drills, gameplay, and plenty of time on court. Players will be grouped by level so everyone gets the right experience.

🏆 **1:00–3:00 PM — Invitational Doubles Challenge**

After the clinic, stick around and watch some of the community’s best players take the court for our **invite-only Doubles Challenge**. Expect rotating partners, fast-paced competition, a live leaderboard, and a championship round to close out the day.

🎧 **More Than Tennis**

Expect a live DJ, food, giveaways, on-site stringing with **Luxilon**, special partner activations, and plenty of surprises throughout the day.

# Participation Waiver and Release of Liability

**For the “Tennis for the People” Event — August 22, 2026**

By purchasing a ticket and/or participating in the “Tennis for the People” event (the “Event”), I acknowledge and agree to the following:

I understand that participation in tennis and related activities, including but not limited to clinics, movement drills, match play, tournament play, and recreational games, involves inherent physical risks. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my participation in the Event, including but not limited to injury, illness, accident, loss, or property damage, whether occurring before, during, or after the Event.

In consideration of being allowed to participate, I hereby waive, release, and discharge the following parties, and their respective employees, coaches, staff, volunteers, representatives, agents, and affiliates, from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising from or related to my participation in the Event, to the fullest extent permitted by law:

* All-Love Club, LLC, operating as All-Love Racquet Club
* DJ MoMA / Everyday People
* WTF Media Studios / Alexx Media
* Luxilon
* On
* Happy Viking
* USTA Eastern
* Eastside Tennis Club and its owners, management, employees, and agents
* Any additional sponsors, vendors, partners, coaches, contractors, or individuals involved in the production or operation of the Event

I further agree to indemnify and hold harmless the above parties from any liability or claim brought by me or on my behalf, or arising out of my participation in the Event, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

**Media Release:** I understand that photography, video, and other recordings may be captured during the Event for promotional, commercial, marketing, and social media purposes. I grant All-Love Club, LLC and its event collaborators, sponsors, and partners permission to photograph, record, and use my image, likeness, and voice in connection with the Event and related promotional materials without compensation or additional approval. I waive any right to inspect or approve the finished materials.

I understand that this waiver is binding upon me, my heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns. I confirm that I am at least 18 years old, or that I am the parent or legal guardian of a participant under 18 and have the legal authority to agree to these terms on their behalf.

**By completing this ticket purchase, I acknowledge that I have read and understand this waiver and voluntarily agree to its terms.**
