📍 232 E 75th St, New York, NY (Upper East Side)

We’re bringing tennis to the people — with a day full of movement, music, and match play on the Upper East Side. In partnership with **WTF Media Studios and** **DJ MoMA**, and proudly sponsored by **On, Black Girl Vitamins, PH Hydration, Trends,  and USTA Eastern**, this event blends community, culture, and the power of play.

🎾 **Run of Show**

* **11:00–11:30 AM — Check-In + Warmup**
  Get loose with dynamic stretches and movement drills. High energy, good music, and a warm welcome to kick off the day.
* **11:30–12:30 PM — Skills + Drills Clinic**
  Train by skill level with footwork, consistency, shot selection, and strategy drills.
* **12:30–1:30 PM — Gameplay + Competition**
  Squad up! Players will compete in mini-matches and fun challenges for prizes and bragging rights.
* **1:30–2:00 PM — Prizes + Socialization**
  Celebrate the winners, grab pics, and vibe out with music and community before we wrap.

**All levels welcome. Racquets provided. Good energy guaranteed.**

Participation Waiver and Release of Liability
For the “Tennis for the People” Event — August 23, 2025

By purchasing a ticket and/or participating in the “Tennis for the People” event (the “Event”), I acknowledge and agree to the following:

I understand that participation in tennis and related activities (including but not limited to movement drills, match play, and recreational games) involves inherent physical risks. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my participation in the Event, including but not limited to injury, illness, or property damage, whether occurring before, during, or after the Event.

In consideration of being allowed to participate, I hereby waive, release, and discharge the following parties from any and all liability, claims, or causes of action of any kind — whether known or unknown — arising from or related to my participation:

All-Love Racquet Club and its coaches, staff, volunteers, and representatives
DJ MoMA and any affiliated talent or event staff
USTA Eastern and its representatives
Eastside Tennis Club and its owners, management, employees, and agents
Any additional vendors, sponsors, or partners involved in the production of this event
I further agree to indemnify and hold harmless the above parties from any liability or claim brought by me or on my behalf, or by any third party, arising out of my participation in the Event.

Media Release: I understand that photos and video footage may be taken during the Event for promotional, commercial, and social media purposes. I hereby grant permission to All-Love Racquet Club and its event partners (including DJ MoMA, USTA Eastern, and Eastside Tennis Club) to use my image, likeness, and voice in any such materials without compensation or approval rights, and waive any rights to inspect or approve the finished content.

I understand that this waiver is binding upon me, my heirs, executors, and assigns. I confirm that I am at least 18 years old, or that I am the parent or legal guardian of a participant under 18 and have the legal authority to sign on their behalf.

By completing this ticket purchase, I acknowledge that I have read and fully understand this waiver and agree to its terms voluntarily.

Can rally, serve, and keep score; looking to improve strategy. (NTRP: 3.0-3.75)

Play regularly; can keep the ball consistently in the court, confident with technique, strategy, and match play. (NTRP: 4.0+)
