In partnership with Marcus Meets Malcolm, Dreamers Youth, and sponsored by Wilson and USTA Eastern,  join us for **Tennis in Harlem on the Block** — an all-day, all-ages celebration of culture, movement, and community right in the heart of Harlem! We’re transforming West 120th Street into an open-air tennis and wellness experience for the whole neighborhood.

Whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned player, come enjoy:
🎾 Live tennis exhibitions and mini-court match play
🎶 DJ sets and musical vibes throughout the day
🍉 Local food and drinks
🎒 Back-to-school giveaways
🧘🏾‍♀️ Wellness and fitness moments
🎈 Family fun, games, and more

**Schedule Highlights:**

* **10 AM – 11 PM:** Wellness Hour
* **12 PM – 3 PM:** Kids & Family Tennis Programming
* **3 PM – 6 PM:** Adult Tennis + Community Hangout

All ages and skill levels are welcome — rackets will be provided, and all activities are *completely free*. Come swing by, try something new, and be a part of Harlem’s tennis takeover.

WAIVER & RELEASE OF LIABILITY

By purchasing a ticket and/or participating in the Tennis in Harlem on the Block event (“Event”), I acknowledge and agree to the following:

Assumption of Risk
I understand that participation in any physical activity, including but not limited to tennis, games, and recreational activities, involves inherent risks that may result in injury, illness, or other unforeseen events. I voluntarily assume full responsibility for any risks or injuries, including but not limited to physical injury, property damage, or loss, that may occur as a result of my participation in this Event.
Release of Liability
I, for myself and on behalf of my heirs, assigns, personal representatives, and next of kin, hereby release and hold harmless All-Love Racquet Club, Dreamers Youth Foundation, Wilson Sporting Goods, Marcus Meets Malcolm Foundation, USTA Eastern, and all other affiliated sponsors, vendors, volunteers, event partners, event staff, and agents (“Released Parties”) from any and all liability, claims, demands, losses, or damages arising from or related to my participation in the Event, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.
Medical Treatment
I consent to receive medical treatment that may be deemed advisable in the event of injury, accident, or illness during the Event. I understand that I am solely responsible for all costs related to medical treatment and transportation.
Photography & Videography Release
I grant full permission to the Event organizers and their partners to capture, use, and reproduce photographs, video, and other media of me taken during the Event for any lawful purpose, including but not limited to promotional, marketing, and archival use, without compensation.
Minor Participation
If I am registering a minor (under age 18), I confirm that I am the parent or legal guardian and have the authority to enter into this agreement on their behalf. I accept full responsibility for the minor’s participation and agree to all terms listed above on their behalf.
General Provisions
I certify that I have read this waiver fully and understand its content. I understand that by accepting this waiver, I am giving up substantial legal rights. I acknowledge that this release is binding to the fullest extent permitted by law.
By checking the box and proceeding with ticket registration, I agree to the terms and conditions of this waiver and release of liability.
