This is a **free-flow on and off court experience** where you move at your own pace, rotate through activities, and spend the day vibing with the community.

# **🎾 Tennis Event Format**&#x20;

Tennis court sessions are open **between 10:30AM – 1:30 PM**
No assigned groups....Just show up and flow through the experience!!!

### 🎟️ How It Works:

✅ Check in + receive your wristband
✅ Jump into any of the (4) rotating court experiences
✅ Sessions run every 30 minutes (first come, first served)
✅After each session, rotate courts or head to the "Courtside Kickback" grass area for food, drinks, and music

1. Assumption of Risk
I understand that participating in tennis activities, fitness sessions (including Pilates), and event-related activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to injury, falls, collisions, or physical exertion. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my participation.
2. Outdoor Environment & Wildlife Acknowledgment
I understand this event takes place in a public outdoor waterfront park environment. This includes natural terrain (grass, uneven ground, sand, etc.) as well as exposure to environmental conditions such as wind, sun, and moisture.
I also acknowledge that wildlife may be present, including but not limited to birds, ducks, squirrels, and other natural park wildlife. I understand that interactions with wildlife or natural elements are unpredictable and assume all related risks.
3. Alcohol Acknowledgment
I understand that alcohol may be available at this event. I agree to consume responsibly and acknowledge that participation in physical activities while consuming alcohol may increase the risk of injury. I accept full responsibility for my actions.
4. Release of Liability
I hereby release, waive, and discharge 510 Society, its owners, staff, contractors, coaches, vendors, and event partners from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of or related to any injury, loss, or damage that may occur during my participation in this event.
5. Medical Responsibility
I certify that I am physically able to participate in the activities offered. I understand that I am responsible for my own health and safety and will stop participation if I feel unwell or unsafe.
6. Personal Property
I understand that I am responsible for my personal belongings and that 510 Society is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged items.
7. Photo & Video Release
I grant permission to 510 Society to capture photos and videos during the event and to use this content for marketing, promotional, and social media purposes.
8. Code of Conduct
I agree to act respectfully toward all participants, staff, and vendors. 510 Society reserves the right to remove any participant for unsafe or inappropriate behavior without refund.
