A Social Gathering of Spiritual people in Austin...

Part group meditation, part workshop, part social... Mindful Mondays are an opportunity to reset, learn, and connect with likeminded, heart-centered individuals, each on their own journey.

**AGENDA**

**6:30-7PM:** Arrive. Meet others. Pull a tarot or oracle card.
**7-7:30PM:** Introductions and a Guided Grounding Meditation
**7:30-8PM:** Learn an energy tool or skill, whether it's energetic protection, sensing energy, getting intuitive information, telekinesis, manifestation, a past life experience.
**8-8:30PM:** Socialize and meet others on their journey who you can connect with and relate to. We clear karma at the end.
