Come watch the Texans take on the Raiders live at Reliant Stadium with other YoPros. We have a block of seats reserved in **Section 605, Row T**.&#x20;

We'll meet directly at our seats on game day, but there will be an optional pre-game social and group photo at 7pm at the bud-light lounge inside the stadium.



Upon signing up, your tickets will be sent to the email address you provide during registration (**a preview of the view from section 605, row T is below)**.&#x20;

**<u>How the night will flow</u>**:

* 7 PM: Group photo and pre-game social at Bud Light Lounge inside the stadium  (located on the north field level concourse closest to section 114 - 117)
* 7:15 PM: Head to our seats (in section 605, row T) and catch the action

Parking and transportation: It is recommended that you take the metro rail or uber to Reliant Stadium



The Texans have a [bag policy](https://www.houstontexans.com/stadium/policies) that limits the size and type of bags that can be taken into Reliant stadium. Only the following are permissible: one-gallon clear zip bag and bags that do not exceed 4.5'' x 6.5''.&#x20;

By registering for or attending this event, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

I understand that this event is a social outing organized by Young Professionals Sport Socials Limited Company (“YoPro Sports”) to attend the Houston Texans vs. Las Vegas Raiders football game together.

ASSUMPTION OF RISK: I understand that attending a large sporting event and participating in a group outing involves risks, including but not limited to crowds, congested walkways, stairs and escalators, slips and falls, weather conditions, interactions with other attendees, illness or exposure to communicable disease, transportation to or from the event, criminal acts or misconduct by third parties, and other risks associated with attending a large public event. I knowingly and voluntarily assume these risks.

RELEASE OF LIABILITY — INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE: TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, I RELEASE AND HOLD HARMLESS YOUNG PROFESSIONALS SPORT SOCIALS LIMITED COMPANY, ITS OWNERS, ORGANIZERS, HOSTS, EMPLOYEES, VOLUNTEERS, AGENTS, AND REPRESENTATIVES (“RELEASED PARTIES”) FROM CLAIMS FOR INJURY, ILLNESS, DEATH, LOSS, THEFT, OR PROPERTY DAMAGE ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO MY PARTICIPATION IN THIS EVENT, INCLUDING CLAIMS CAUSED IN WHOLE OR IN PART BY THE ORDINARY NEGLIGENCE OF A RELEASED PARTY. This release does not apply to liability that cannot legally be waived.

I understand that YoPro Sports does not own, operate, or control the stadium, parking facilities, public transportation, rideshare services, food or beverage vendors, security personnel, the football teams, or other third-party services associated with the game. I am responsible for complying with all stadium, NFL, team, security, ticketing, and other applicable venue rules and policies.

I am responsible for my own transportation to and from the event, my personal belongings, and my personal conduct. I understand that YoPro Sports is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged property.

I understand that food and alcoholic beverages may be available for purchase from third parties at or around the venue. I am solely responsible for my own decisions regarding alcohol consumption and agree not to drive or engage in unsafe behavior while impaired. YoPro Sports does not require or encourage alcohol consumption.

I understand that event schedules, seating arrangements, stadium access, game times, venue policies, and other circumstances outside YoPro Sports’ control may change. YoPro Sports does not guarantee the conduct of other attendees or third parties.

If I experience a medical emergency, I authorize YoPro Sports organizers to contact emergency medical services on my behalf if reasonably necessary. I understand that I remain responsible for any resulting medical expenses.

I confirm that I am at least 18 years old, have read and understood this waiver, and voluntarily agree to its terms. By registering for the event and selecting the acknowledgment/acceptance option in SweatPals, I agree that my electronic acceptance constitutes my agreement to this Waiver & Release of Liability.
