I understand that participating in a Mat Pilates social organized by Young Professionals Sport Socials Limited Company involves physical activity and carries risks, including muscle strains, pulled muscles, soreness, sprains, loss of balance, slips, trips, falls, aggravation of a pre-existing condition, dehydration, heat-related illness, and, in rare cases, serious injury or death. I understand that these events may take place indoors or outdoors, and that venue conditions such as heat, weather, uneven ground, slippery surfaces, limited space, or shared equipment may increase these risks. I choose to participate voluntarily and I am responsible for my own health, hydration, physical limits, and decision to participate.

In exchange for being allowed to participate, I agree to assume all risks related to my participation and I release and discharge Young Professionals Sport Socials Limited Company, its owners, staff, instructors, volunteers, agents, the facility, and their staff from any and all claims for injury, illness, property damage, or death arising out of or related to my participation, including those caused in whole or in part by ordinary negligence, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. I understand that this release does not apply to claims that cannot legally be waived.
