With orgins dating back to the SXSW Block Party at Native Hostel in 2019, the 5th Annual Sunday Sanctuary blends wellness, spoken word programming, our famed recharge lounge, music, and intentional connection thoughtfully designed to reignite your body, mind, and soul.

Do it all. Includes HIIT, Deep House Yoga, the Breathwork + Sound Healing Journey, and the Wellness Rave with pool, sauna, and cold plunges. 

10:00–10:45 AM. Join Barry’s Austin for a 45-minute bodyweight HIIT workout led by one of Barry's instructors. Get a taste of the energy and community that is Barry’s to kick off the Sunday Sanctuary.

11:00–11:45 AM. Flow to deep house beats on the pool deck with a music‑driven yoga class focused on breath & stretch.

Midday session. Drop into a guided breathwork experience followed by immersive sound healing and gentle integration time to reset your nervous system.

2:00–4:45 PM. Daytime wellness rave with DJ, plus access to the pool, sauna, and cold plunges. Sober‑friendly, high‑vibe party. Wristband and ticket required for this area.
