🌊 Limited-capacity wellness activations and the Day Rave, located on the Pool Deck, will require a ticket purchase. Tickets will be released soon.

Do it all. Includes HIIT, Deep House Yoga, the Breathwork + Sound Healing Journey, and the Wellness Rave with pool, sauna, and cold plunges. 

10:00–10:45 AM. Join Barry’s Austin for a 45-minute bodyweight HIIT workout led by one of Barry's instructors. Get a taste of the energy and community that is Barry’s to kick off the Sunday Sanctuary.

11:00–11:45 AM. Flow to deep house beats on the pool deck with a music‑driven yoga class focused on breath & stretch.

1:00–5:00 PM. Daytime wellness rave with DJ, plus access to the pool, sauna, and cold plunges. Sober‑friendly, high‑vibe party. Wristband and ticket required for this area.
