Retreat Name: The Antidote

Dates: Sept 12–13 (Friday evening through Saturday late afternoon)

Location: Bungalow7

Format: 2-day overnight retreat blending mind-body practices, creative expression, and intentional connection.

Participants: Women and nonbinary folks (overnight only, no commuters).

Objectives: 

Provide a restorative experience that fosters authentic connection.
Blend bodywork, mindfulness, and creativity as pathways for healing + expression
Core Themes

Play – Joyful movement and creative expression.

Reflect – Mindfulness, journaling, and inner alignment.
