The Fitness Sampler is BACK!

Expect 25 minute back-to-back "tastes" of fitness from various studios + 50 health n wellness & spa experience stations, a stretch + singing bowl sesh, and a girl's walk around the fields. Take as many classes as you want and leave the rest. Feel free to ebb n flow in as you want:) No rules. Not strict.

Fit bags for the first 150 sign-ups!! (valued at $400+)

9:45am -Line up to get checked in

10:00am: Doors Open. Grab a coffee, find space for your mat, and explore the experience stations!

10:25am:- make your way to the workout area and meet our emcee for the day

10:30am: Pilates Fusion with 317 Movement

11:00am: Rock out Workout with Pound Fit

11:30am: Full Body Boot Camp with Burn Boot Camp

12:00pm: Structured Strength with MADabolic Broad Ripple

12:30pm-Sound Bath Cool Down with SoundMatter Studio

1:00 pm- Girl's Walk with We Walk Indy
