1) RELEASE OF LIABILITY (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE)

In consideration of access to the Event and all related activities (including fitness classes, cold plunges/ice baths, sauna, compression/stretching, vendor activations, IV therapies and vitamin injections, and general use of the premises), I release and discharge the Released Parties from any and all claims, demands, or liabilities for injury, illness, property damage, or death arising out of or related to my participation, EVEN IF CAUSED IN WHOLE OR IN PART BY THE NEGLIGENCE of any Released Party or any other person. (This release does not waive claims based on gross negligence or intentional misconduct.)
