The Bleacher Club is built on community, and while we encourage everyone to put forth the most effort they can, we realize this may look different for everyone. This is why sessions are built for all ages and fitness levels. So, meet me at the top!

Bleacher Club Participation Waiver and Release of Liability

Acknowledgement and Release

All individuals who wish to participate in any Bleacher Club workout, fitness event, class, training session, or community gathering (“Event”) are required to complete this waiver prior to participation.

In consideration of being allowed to participate in any Bleacher Club Event hosted, organized, or operated by Vitality Physical Therapy (“Released Parties”), I voluntarily agree to the following:

1. Assumption of Risk

I understand that participation in Bleacher Club Events may involve strenuous physical activity including, but not limited to:

Running
Stair climbing / stadium bleachers
Bodyweight exercises
Strength and conditioning drills
Group fitness activities
Outdoor exercise in varying weather conditions

I understand these activities involve inherent risks including, but not limited to: falls, slips, muscle strains, sprains, fractures, dehydration, cardiac events, illness, collisions with persons or objects, and other serious injury or death.

I knowingly and voluntarily assume all risks, known and unknown, associated with participation.

2. Medical Fitness to Participate

I certify that I am physically able to participate and have no medical condition that would prevent safe involvement in these activities.

I understand it is my responsibility to consult a physician before beginning any exercise program if needed.

I agree to immediately stop participation and notify staff if I experience dizziness, pain, shortness of breath, injury, or any concerning symptoms.

3. Release of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless:

Vitality Physical Therapy
Bleacher Club
Owners, members, employees, contractors, volunteers, trainers, coaches, DJs, sponsors, partners, and affiliates
Any facility, stadium, school, municipality, or property owner where Events are held

from any and all claims, liabilities, demands, damages, costs, or causes of action arising out of or related to my participation, including those caused by negligence, except where prohibited by law.

4. Outdoor / Venue Risks

I understand Events may take place at public or private stadiums, parks, tracks, parking areas, sidewalks, and surrounding grounds.

I accept risks associated with uneven surfaces, stairs, bleachers, weather, lighting conditions, traffic, other participants, and general outdoor hazards.

5. Personal Responsibility

I agree to:

Follow all instructions given by staff
Exercise within my personal limits
Use equipment or facilities safely
Respect other participants and property
Hydrate appropriately and arrive prepared

I understand I may be removed from an Event for unsafe or disruptive behavior without refund.

6. No Medical Treatment or Insurance

I understand Vitality Physical Therapy and Bleacher Club are not providing emergency medical insurance coverage for participants.

I am responsible for my own health insurance, medical expenses, and personal property.

7. Photo / Video Release

I grant permission for Bleacher Club and Vitality Physical Therapy to photograph or record me during Events and to use my image, likeness, voice, and name in promotional materials, advertisements, websites, and social media without compensation.

8. Cancellation / Weather / Schedule Changes

I understand Events may be modified, delayed, relocated, or cancelled due to weather, venue restrictions, safety concerns, or operational needs.

9. Governing Law

This waiver shall be governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana.

10. Severability

If any provision of this waiver is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

11. Acknowledgement

I have carefully read this waiver, fully understand its terms, and understand that I am giving up substantial legal rights by signing up for this event. I sign up voluntarily and without inducement.

I have read this release and fully understand its terms and their significance. I am aware that this release includes a release and waiver of liability. An assumption of risk and agreement to indemnify the releases. I understand I have given up the rights that may otherwise be available by signing this release, including the right to sue. I have agreed to this release freely and voluntarily without any coercion, inducement, assurance, or guarantee.
