THE BUNNY CLUB LIABILITY WAIVER

By attending and participating in any Bunny Club event, I acknowledge that my participation is entirely voluntary and at my own risk.

I understand and agree that Bunny Club, its owners, organizers, staff, affiliates, partners, and venue hosts shall not be held liable or responsible for any injuries, accidents, scratches, cuts, physical harm, illnesses, medical conditions, allergic reactions, emotional distress, theft, loss, damages, or any other incidents that may occur before, during, or after the event.

I acknowledge that Bunny Club assumes no responsibility for any pre-existing medical conditions, illnesses, or health complications that may arise or worsen during participation.

For participants under the age of 18, attendance is only permitted with the presence, supervision, and full responsibility of a parent or legal guardian. Bunny Club assumes no responsibility whatsoever for minors attending without parental supervision.

I further agree to release, waive, and hold harmless Bunny Club, its owners, employees, affiliates, partners, and representatives from any and all claims, liabilities, demands, damages, or causes of action arising from participation in the event.

I also acknowledge that photos and videos may be taken during the event and grant Bunny Club the right to use such content for promotional, advertising, and social media purposes without compensation.

By registering, purchasing a ticket, or attending the event, I confirm that I have read, understood, and agreed to this waiver and release of liability
