Join us for a magical slow yoga flow surrounded by the sweetest bunnies! This one-hour class is the perfect way to unwind, stretch, and smile as our furry friends hop around spreading joy.

🕑 Class Time: 2:30 PM – 3:30 PM (sharp!)
🧘‍♀️ What’s Included: Yoga mats provided – just bring yourself!
🍵 Post-Class Treats: Sip on refreshing coffee lattes and enjoy delightful healthy snacks.
🚗 Parking: Included in your ticket! Please drive up the ramp to the top of the building for easy access.

✨ Important: Please arrive 15 minutes early to get to the venue on time, settle in and get comfy before class begins. Doors will be CLOSED at 2:35 PM NO EXCEPTIONS

Participant Acknowledgment & Agreement

By signing this document, I acknowledge and agree to the following terms regarding participation in any Bunny Yoga event (“Event”) hosted by The Bunny Yogi / UNBASIC AGENCY LLC:
	1.	Assumption of Risk
	•	I understand that live animals (bunnies) will be present during the Event.
	•	I agree to interact with the bunnies carefully and responsibly.
	•	I accept full responsibility for any personal injury, property damage, or other loss that may occur as a result of my participation.
	2.	Liability Waiver
	•	I hereby release, waive, and hold harmless The Bunny Yogi / UNBASIC AGENCY LLC, its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising out of or related to my participation in the Event.
	•	I understand that The Bunny Yogi / UNBASIC AGENCY LLC is not responsible for any personal or property damage caused by the bunnies.
	3.	Care of Animals
	•	I agree to treat the bunnies with respect and care at all times.
	•	I understand that in the event a bunny is harmed, injured, or damaged due to my negligence, recklessness, or intentional act, I will be required to pay a $100 fee to cover veterinary care or related costs.
	4.	Acknowledgment
	•	I have read and understood this Waiver and Release of Liability.
	•	I voluntarily agree to its terms as a condition of participating in the Event.
