Join us for The Calm Core Series, a holistic outdoor wellness experience rooted in culture, movement, and community care.

Sponsored by: Parks California and Led by Wellness Facilitator Michelle Rivera @yogimishrivera, this 90-minute workshop weaves together Pilates-based mindful movement, breathwork, and guided reflection—all set to Hip Hop, House, and Latin Urban beats that celebrate the rhythm of our roots.

✔️ 60 min of Pilates-inspired, functional movement suitable for all levels
✔️ 30 min of community reflection, journaling, and open group discussion
✔️ A culturally affirming space that centers joy, healing, and belonging
