**The Cincy Fitness Sampler** happens TWICE A YEAR, and it's BACK this September at Summit Park in Blue Ash!

Expect 25-minute back-to-back "tastes" of fitness from various studios + health and wellness & spa experience stations. Take as many classes as you want and leave the rest. Feel free to ebb and flow in as you want :) No rules. Not strict.

3. THIRD-PARTY VENDORS & SERVICE PROVIDERS
THE BEAUTY BOOST CINCY DISCLAIMS ALL LIABILITY FOR ANY ACTIONS, NEGLIGENCE, MISCONDUCT, OR OMISSIONS OF ANY THIRD-PARTY VENDORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, PARTNERS, OR OTHER PARTICIPANTS INVOLVED IN THE EVENT. I UNDERSTAND THAT ALL SERVICES, TREATMENTS, DEMONSTRATIONS, OR ACTIVATIONS PROVIDED BY THIRD PARTIES ARE AT MY OWN RISK.

4. LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED PERSONAL ITEMS
I UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT THE BEAUTY BOOST CINCY IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED PERSONAL PROPERTY AT THE EVENT.

5. MEDICAL RESPONSIBILITY
I CERTIFY THAT I AM PHYSICALLY ABLE TO PARTICIPATE AND WILL SEEK MEDICAL CLEARANCE IF NECESSARY. I AGREE THAT I AM SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY MEDICAL CONDITIONS, TREATMENTS, OR EMERGENCIES THAT MAY OCCUR.

6. MEDIA RELEASE
I GRANT PERMISSION FOR THE BEAUTY BOOST CINCY TO PHOTOGRAPH, FILM, OR OTHERWISE RECORD THE EVENT AND TO USE MY IMAGE, LIKENESS, AND VOICE FOR MARKETING, PROMOTIONAL, OR COMMERCIAL PURPOSES WITHOUT COMPENSATION.

7. NON-REFUNDABLE TICKET POLICY
I UNDERSTAND THAT ALL TICKET SALES ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE FOR ANY REASON, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ILLNESS, SCHEDULING CONFLICTS, PERSONAL EMERGENCIES, WEATHER, PARK CLOSINGS, NATURAL DISASTERS, OR FAILURE TO ATTEND. NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE. THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS FOR ANY REASON. BY PURCHASING A TICKET, I UNDERSTAND AND AGREE TO THAT. AND UNDERSTAND ALL REQUESTS FOR A REFUND WILL BE DENIED.

9.  WEATHER RISKS AND UNDERSTANDING/AGREEMENT: THE BEAUTY BOOST MUST OPERATE ACCORDING TO THE PARK'S WEATHER POLICIES AS OUTLINED BELOW. IF THE EVENT IS PAUSED, DELAYED, OR CANCELED DUE TO THESE POLICIES AND/OR OTHER WEATHER-RELATED INCIDENTS OR EMERGENCY INCIDENTS, NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN AS IT IS OUT OF OUR CONTROL.
WINDS ABOVE 15MPH: POSSIBLE EVENT DELAYS
LIGHTNING CLOSE BY: ACTIVITIES MAY PAUSE
ACTIVE LIGHTNING OR THUNDER: ALL PROGRAMMING WILL STOP, ATTENDEES WILL BE SENT TO VEHICLES. TEMPORARY DELAY FOR AT LEAST 30 MINUTES. 
TORNADO WATCH OR WARNING: IMMEDIATE EVACUATION AND CANCELLATION OF EVENT. ATTENDEES DIRECTED TO TAKE SHELTER. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED DUE TO WEATHER OR UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES. EVENT ORGANIZERS HAVE THE RIGHT TO DELAY, PAUSE, MODIFY, OR CANCEL PROGRAMMING IN THE EVENT OF SEVER WEATHER OR UNSAFE CONDITIONS, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO HIGH WINDS, LIGHTNING, OR GOVERNMENT EMERGENCY ADVISORIES.
