By registering for and participating in The Climb, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

I understand that The Climb is a voluntary physical activity event that may involve walking, stair climbing, exercise, and other forms of physical exertion. I understand that participation carries inherent risks including, but not limited to, slips, falls, injuries, health complications, or other unforeseen risks associated with outdoor physical activity.

I certify that I am physically able to participate and that I take full responsibility for my own health, safety, and well-being during the event.

By attending The Climb, I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation and release The Climb, its founders, leaders, volunteers, partners, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, demands, injuries, damages, or losses that may occur as a result of my participation.

I understand that The Climb takes place in public outdoor spaces and that conditions such as weather, terrain, stairs, and crowds may create additional risks. I accept full responsibility for my participation under these conditions.

I also grant permission for The Climb to capture and use photos or video taken during the event for promotional, marketing, and community purposes.

By RSVPing and attending, I confirm that I have read, understood, and agreed to this waiver.
