What started with just two people at the Culver City Stairs has grown into a community that brings together 100+ people every Saturday and connects people from across Southern California.



Many people come to their first Climb alone.

They rarely leave that way.



Home Base is where The Climb community will gather throughout the day to connect, meet new people, create memories, and enjoy the experience together.



Whether you're coming with friends or arriving solo, you'll be welcomed into a community built on connection, accountability, and good energy.



Guest List access is limited and approval is required.

WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY

By attending The Climb Home Base Experience, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Voluntary Participation

I understand that my participation in this event is voluntary and that I am solely responsible for determining whether I am physically, mentally, and emotionally capable of participating.

2. Assumption of Risk

I understand that participation in social, fitness, recreational, and community events involves inherent risks, including but not limited to slips, falls, injuries, illness, accidents, property damage, or other unforeseen incidents. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with attending and participating in this event.

3. Release of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I release, waive, and discharge The Climb LA, its founders, organizers, volunteers, partners, sponsors, representatives, and affiliates from any and all claims, liabilities, demands, damages, costs, expenses, or causes of action arising out of or related to my attendance or participation in this event.

4. Personal Property

I understand that I am solely responsible for my personal belongings. The Climb LA and its affiliates are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged property.

5. Third-Party Venue and Event

I understand that The Climb Home Base Experience is being hosted in connection with a third-party event and venue. The Climb LA does not own, operate, or control the venue and is not responsible for the actions, services, conditions, policies, or operations of the venue or third-party event organizers.

6. Medical Emergencies

In the event of a medical emergency, I authorize emergency medical treatment if necessary and understand that I am solely responsible for any medical expenses incurred.

7. Photo and Video Release

I understand that photographs, videos, and other media may be captured during the event. By attending, I grant The Climb LA, its partners, and affiliates permission to use my likeness, image, voice, and appearance in promotional, marketing, advertising, social media, and other business-related materials without compensation or further approval.

8. Code of Conduct

I agree to conduct myself respectfully and understand that The Climb LA reserves the right to remove any attendee whose behavior is disruptive, unsafe, inappropriate, or inconsistent with the values of the community.

By submitting my RSVP and attending this event, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and voluntarily agree to the terms of this Waiver and Release of Liability.
