WELLNESS EVENT LIABILITY WAIVER & MEDIA RELEASE

By attending and participating in this event, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

I understand that participation in wellness activities, including but not limited to yoga, pilates, Yogilates, fitness classes, stretching, breathwork, pool workouts, aquatic fitness activities, swimming, cold plunges, recovery services, wellness activations, tattoos, permanent jewelry, body treatments, IV therapy, massage, physical therapy services, vendor experiences, and any other activities offered during the event, involves inherent risks that may result in injury, illness, allergic reactions, emotional distress, property damage, drowning, slipping, falling, or other physical conditions.

I voluntarily choose to participate in all activities at my own risk.

I hereby release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless Freehand Miami, Laine Zimmerman, Paola Uscategui, Daisy Deleon, Lucy Jane Hurley, MABOH Wellness Collective, all participating vendors, sponsors, instructors, practitioners, volunteers, employees, contractors, affiliates, venue staff, and event organizers from any and all liability, claims, demands, damages, actions, causes of action, costs, or expenses arising out of or related to participation in the event, including but not limited to negligence.

I understand that wellness services and activities provided during the event are not medical advice and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. I acknowledge that I am responsible for consulting with my physician prior to participating if I have any medical concerns, conditions, injuries, pregnancy, or limitations related to aquatic activities.

I acknowledge that tattoo services, permanent jewelry, skincare treatments, IV therapy, injections, bodywork, pool workouts, aquatic activities, cold exposure, physical activity, and similar wellness services carry additional risks, including infection, allergic reactions, fainting, scarring, burns, bruising, dizziness, drowning, water-related injuries, and other complications. I voluntarily assume all such risks.

I certify that I am physically and mentally capable of participating in the event activities and that I will immediately stop participation if I experience pain, discomfort, dizziness, difficulty breathing, or any medical concerns.

I understand that the event may include music, lighting, photography equipment, crowded areas, wet surfaces, pool areas, and physical obstacles. I agree to act responsibly and follow all instructions provided by event staff, instructors, lifeguards, and vendors.

MEDIA RELEASE

By attending the event, I grant permission to Freehand Miami, MABOH Wellness Collective, event organizers, collaborators, sponsors, and vendors to photograph, video record, and capture content of me during the event. I understand that these photos and videos may be used for promotional, marketing, social media, website, editorial, and advertising purposes without compensation or further approval.

I waive any rights to inspect or approve the final use of such media and release all parties involved from any liability related to the use of these images or recordings.

I understand that if I do not wish to appear in photos or videos, it is my responsibility to notify event staff upon arrival.

By purchasing a ticket, registering, attending, or participating in this event, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and voluntarily agree to this waiver and release.
