**10 AM to 10:30 AM – Arrival and Check-In**
 🧍‍♂️ Arrive in presence. Let go of the noise outside and step into a space designed for men who are ready to rise. Get settled, connect with others, and prepare to drop into a powerful day that will challenge and elevate you.

**10:30 AM to 11:15 AM – Welcome, Intro, and Authentic Relating with Vasco**
 🗣️ This is where it begins. Vasco opens the container with a powerful message about brotherhood and leadership, followed by guided authentic relating exercises to connect you with the men around you. You will be seen, heard, and respected from the start. This is not small talk. This is connection with depth.

**11:15 AM to 12 PM – Full Body Activation**
 💪 Move your body with intention. This session combines breath-led Qigong, mobility flows, deep stretching, and foundational strength movements like pushups and squats. You will feel energized, grounded, and fully present. 

**12 PM to 1 PM – Nourishing Lunch and Brez Break**
 🥗 Refuel with clean, performance-based food and enjoy functional drinks provided by Brez. Relax, connect with your brothers, and allow the integration of your morning breakthroughs. This is where momentum builds.

**1 PM to 1:45 PM – High Performance Mastery**
 🧠 In this workshop, Vasco will guide you through the 6 high performance habits that transform how you show up as a man. You will learn how to create clarity, generate energy, raise your standards, focus on what matters, lead with impact, and take bold aligned action. These habits separate those who try from those who win.

**1:45 PM to 2:30 PM – Journaling Journey: Who Am I Becoming**
 📝 Go inward. In this guided journaling experience, you will reflect on who you have been and who you are ready to become. This is not just writing. This is realignment. You will walk away with clarity on the man you are becoming and what it will take to get there.

**2:30 PM to 3 PM – Men's Council**
 🔥 Drop into small groups of three or four. Share honestly. Listen fully. This is where masks come off and respect comes in. The men around you are here to witness your truth without judgment. This is where brotherhood deepens and trust is built.

**3 PM to 3:30 PM – Guided Breathwork and Meditation**
 🌬️ Use your breath to reset the mind and prime the body. You will be guided into a meditative state that clears tension and reconnects you to your center. This is where you create space. This is where transformation settles in.

**3:30 PM to 4:30 PM – Fire and Ice: Thermal Resilience Activation**
 🧊 Step into Bathe’s world-class contrast therapy. You will rotate through sauna, steam, and cold plunge while being guided on breath and presence. You will learn how to use heat and cold to sharpen your mind, balance your hormones, and train your nervous system for resilience. This is not comfort. This is growth.

**4:30 PM to 5 PM – Closing Circle and Future Announcements**
 🎤 As we come to a completion, you will have the chance to share a key insight, a personal win, or a commitment moving forward. You will also hear about future Maverick Men ATX events that will keep this momentum alive long after today ends.
