## **Schedule**

**8:15 AM** — Check-in

**8:30 AM** — Warm-up led by Coach Jakub

**8:45 AM** — 5K community run begins

Participants will be guided into **pace groups** so everyone can run comfortably and safely.

After the run, stay for coffee, recovery stations, and community hangout.

Participant Waiver & Release of Liability

By registering for and participating in the Signature Strength Community 5K (“The Experience 5K”), I acknowledge and agree to the following:

I understand that running and physical activity involve inherent risks, including but not limited to injury, illness, accidents, or other health-related issues that may occur during or after participation.

I confirm that I am physically capable of participating in this event and choose to do so voluntarily.

I acknowledge that this event is a community run and not a race, and that public roads, sidewalks, and intersections may be used. I agree to follow all traffic laws, safety instructions, and guidance provided by event organizers and pace leaders.

I assume full responsibility for my participation and any risks, injuries, or damages that may occur as a result.

I hereby release, waive, and discharge Signature Strength, Grou Coffee & Cowork, Lululemon, Castle Athletics & Recovery, event partners, volunteers, and organizers from any and all liability, claims, demands, damages, or causes of action arising from or related to my participation in this event.

I also grant permission for photographs and videos taken during the event to be used by event organizers and partners for promotional or marketing purposes.

By registering for this event, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agree to this waiver and release of liability.
