These local badass athletes have competed in nine HYROX events and know exactly what it takes to train, perform, and push beyond limits. Now, they’re teaming up with ShyftX to bring that race-day intensity straight to the floor.

This 90-minute HYROX-style workout will be packed with real race insight, proven tips and tricks, and nonstop energy. Expect to be coached, challenged, and pushed by two athletes who truly walk the walk. If you’re serious about leveling up your training, these are the girls you want to learn from.

A live DJ will be bringing the vibes from start to finish, keeping the energy high the entire time. And when the work is done, the celebration begins.

Post-class, enjoy a mimosa bar to toast your hard effort, connect with the community, and soak it all in. The mezzanine will be open for food purchases, and local vendors will be on-site to keep the atmosphere buzzing. Each ticket includes one complimentary drink to celebrate your hard work.
