THE FLOW EDIT

The next chapter of The Fall Edit is here.

Join Heartspace Collective at SLS LUX Brickell for an elevated morning designed to move, restore, and reconnect.

Led by Dr. Anne Julia Hagen, this 60-minute experience blends dynamic vinyasa, intentional breath, and movement, before transitioning into an extended sound bath savasana designed for deep rest and reset.

Beyond the mat, explore a curated wellness experience featuring My IV Spa, onsite offering B12 shots, IV therapy, and peptide education, along with wellness partners, curated swag, and exclusive giveaways. Pause Studio will also be gifting complimentary recovery services to our community.

And one guest will receive a complete lululemon outfit + private shopping experience.

Come to flow. Stay to connect. Leave restored.
