First-timer or seasoned athlete, you’ll be coached through it, pushed a little, and cheered on by the group. No experience needed. Just show up ready to sweat.

The Word, 10:45 AM Not a workout person? No problem. Come for the Word. Everyone is welcome to join us for Bible study, whether or not you did the fitness class. Come as you are, bring a friend, and stay for the meal.
