Join **THE JUMP x REDSALT** for a beach workout that hits different.

We’re taking over the sand just south of **Tower 26** for a full-body workout led by **Jacob from REDSALT**, powered by ocean air, high-energy music, and proper hydration. DJs from **THE JUMP** will be spinning throughout to keep the vibes high, while **REDSALT electrolytes** keep you fueled before, during, and after the workout.

After the sweat session, brush off the sand and **feel free to roll with us** to **Ashland Hill** for an optional post-workout social hour. **THE JUMP is built for and by community**, and the afters are where it all comes together.

This is the first in a **limited-run series** from THE JUMP x REDSALT. Show up, be part of it, and help shape what comes next.

WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY AGREEMENT
Event: THE JUMP x REDSALT 

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE SIGNING

In consideration of being permitted to participate in any activities, classes, workouts, or events associated with THE JUMP (the “Event”), I acknowledge, understand, and agree to the following:

1. Assumption of Risk
I understand that participation in fitness and physical activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to physical exertion, muscle strain, falls, collisions with other participants, equipment failure, environmental conditions, and unforeseen hazards. I knowingly and voluntarily assume all such risks, whether known or unknown, even if arising from the negligence of the Event organizers or others.

2. Non-Traditional & Third-Party Venue Acknowledgment
I understand that THE JUMP events may take place in non-traditional fitness environments, including but not limited to retail spaces, commercial venues, public areas, and outdoor locations. These spaces may contain fixtures, displays, flooring variations, sand, water, or other conditions not typically found in fitness studios. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participating in the Event in such environments.

3. Outdoor & Environmental Conditions
I understand that some THE JUMP events may be conducted outdoors and may involve exposure to sun, heat, wind, water, sand, uneven or unstable surfaces, weather changes, and other natural conditions. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with outdoor participation, including but not limited to dehydration, sunburn, heat-related illness, slips, falls, or contact with water.

4. Release and Waiver of Liability
I, for myself and on behalf of my heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns, hereby fully release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless THE JUMP, its founders, organizers, affiliated companies, sponsors, partners, instructors, contractors, staff, volunteers, venue owners, property managers, lessors, and all other associated persons or entities (collectively, the “Releasees”) from any and all liability, claims, demands, causes of action, or damages arising out of or related to my participation in the Event, including injury, illness, property damage, or death.

5. Medical Readiness & Participant Responsibility
I represent that I am physically and medically able to participate in the Event and have no condition that would prevent my safe participation. I acknowledge that I am solely responsible for determining whether an activity is appropriate for my fitness level and agree to modify or stop participation at any time if I experience pain, discomfort, dizziness, or other concerning symptoms.

6. Medical Treatment Authorization
In the event of injury or illness, I authorize Event personnel to obtain emergency medical treatment on my behalf. I understand that I am solely responsible for all medical expenses incurred.

7. Equipment & Personal Property
I acknowledge that I am responsible for inspecting any equipment used during the Event and for my personal belongings. I understand that the Releasees are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property.

8. Photo & Media Release
I grant THE JUMP and its affiliates the irrevocable right to use my name, image, voice, and likeness captured during the Event in photographs, video, or other media for promotional, marketing, or commercial purposes without compensation.

9. Rules, Conduct & Removal
I agree to follow all Event rules, safety guidelines, and instructions provided by Event staff. I understand that failure to comply may result in removal from the Event without refund.

10. Minors
If I am signing on behalf of a participant under the age of 18, I certify that I am the parent or legal guardian and agree to all terms of this waiver on the minor’s behalf. I accept full responsibility for the minor’s participation and safety.

11. Acknowledgment of Understanding
I acknowledge that I have read this Waiver and Release of Liability, fully understand its terms, and understand that I am giving up substantial legal rights by signing it. I sign this agreement freely and voluntarily.
