**Sunset hits. The tequila flows. The jungle wakes up.**

One minute, you’re rolling cigars and dancing with a stranger under the stars. The next, you’re on a yacht, champagne in hand, with the ocean breeze in your hair. **ATVs ripping through the jungle, waterfalls hidden like secrets, golf rounds that turn into tequila bets, horse riding on the beach at golden hour.**

And just when you think you’ve seen it all? **A cave party lit by candlelight. A beach club takeover. A private chef serving up something indulgent before the night goes sideways in the best way possible.**

No influencers faking it. No pretentious VIP lists. **Just the right people, in the right place, at the right time.**

CLEO RETREATS PARTICIPANT WAIVER & RELEASE FORM

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY. THIS IS A LEGAL DOCUMENT THAT AFFECTS YOUR RIGHTS.

1. Acknowledgment of Risks & Responsibilities
By signing below, I acknowledge that I am voluntarily participating in a Cleo Retreats event (“Retreat”), which may include but is not limited to: travel, physical activities (yoga, hiking, swimming, ATV riding, surfing, horseback riding, breathwork, cold plunges, and other adventure activities), transportation (land and water-based), wellness experiences (massage, saunas, sound healing, meditation, plant medicine ceremonies, and IV therapy), and social events such as yacht parties, rooftop gatherings, and beach clubs.

I understand that participation in these activities carries inherent risks, including but not limited to: bodily injury, illness, dehydration, food-related allergies, emotional distress, accidents, transportation delays, theft, exposure to unpredictable environmental conditions, and any impact from other participants' actions.

I assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries, damages, or losses incurred, whether caused by negligence, acts of nature, or third parties.

2. Health & Medical Release
I confirm that I am physically and mentally capable of participating in all activities and have consulted a physician if necessary. If I have any pre-existing medical conditions (including but not limited to heart conditions, pregnancy, allergies, or recent surgeries), I will disclose this to Cleo Retreats prior to participation.

I understand that Cleo Retreats provides access to certain wellness services but is not a medical provider. I am responsible for carrying my own travel insurance, health insurance, and medications.

In the event of an emergency, I authorize Cleo Retreats and its representatives to obtain medical care on my behalf and agree to be financially responsible for any costs incurred.

3. Alcohol, Substance Use & Conduct
I acknowledge that alcohol may be available at certain Cleo events. I accept full responsibility for my consumption and its effects and agree to participate responsibly.

Illegal substances are strictly prohibited. Cleo Retreats reserves the right to remove any participant who engages in reckless, illegal, or inappropriate behavior without refund.

I understand that Cleo Retreats is a community-driven experience, and I agree to respect fellow participants, hosts, staff, and local communities.

4. Travel & Liability Disclaimer
Cleo Retreats does not assume responsibility for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings. I am responsible for my own travel arrangements, including passports, visas, and flights.

Cleo Retreats is not liable for cancellations or changes due to weather, government restrictions, or unforeseen circumstances. If I choose to leave early or miss scheduled activities, I understand no refunds will be issued.

5. Media Release
I grant Cleo Retreats, its affiliates, and media representatives the irrevocable right to capture and use photos, videos, and recordings of me during the retreat for promotional, marketing, and commercial purposes without compensation.

If I do not wish to be photographed or filmed, I will notify Cleo Retreats in writing before the retreat begins.

6. Release of Liability & Indemnification
I, on behalf of myself, my heirs, executors, and legal representatives, voluntarily release and hold harmless Cleo Retreats, its founders, employees, contractors, partners, sponsors, and affiliates from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, injuries, or losses arising out of or in connection with my participation in the retreat.

I agree to indemnify Cleo Retreats against any legal actions, claims, or expenses resulting from my participation or actions during the retreat.

7. Cancellation & Refund Policy
I acknowledge that my reservation is subject to Cleo Retreats’ cancellation and refund policy, as stated on www.cleoxo.com. Deposits are non-refundable, and final balances are due 90 days before departure.
