You’re invited to The Last Sunday Sound Bath—a monthly evening of gentle restoration and intentional reflection designed to help you recalibrate before a new month begins.

This 60 minute wellness experience is your invitation to pause, soften, and be held. Whether you’re navigating a full schedule, seeking alignment, or simply craving a moment of stillness, this is your sanctuary.

Each session blends:
	•	Restorative yoga (no experience needed)
	•	A meditative sound bath using crystal singing bowls and ambient frequencies
	•	Seasonally aligned reflections inspired by the moon, astrology, or the spirit of the month

We close each session with a small parting gift to support your self-care—always seasonal, intentional, and meant to carry the energy of the evening home with you.
