At The Line Up, we train for life — not just the gym. Our functional strength small-group sessions in Gilbert, AZ, are led by a Certified Run Coach and NASM Certified Personal Trainer focused on helping you move better, stronger, and more athletically.

With minimal equipment — mostly kettlebells and bodyweight — each workout is short, effective, and total-body, designed to build strength that translates to real movement and performance.
