In consideration of being permitted to participate, I hereby release and hold harmless The L&L Club, Culture Impact Collective LLC, its officers, affiliates, contractors, vendors, staff, volunteers, and the venue from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or causes of action arising out of or connected to my participation in the event, including injury, illness, or loss of personal property, whether caused by negligence or otherwise, to the fullest extent permitted by Florida law.

2. Photo, Video & Media Release
I authorize The L&L Club and its partners to take photographs, video, and other media recordings of me during the event. I grant permission to use these recordings in promotional, advertising, or commercial materials without any expectation of compensation.
This includes, but is not limited to, use on websites, social media, printed collateral, and press-related content.

3. Personal Property Disclaimer
I understand that The L&L Club and its affiliates are not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of any personal items brought to the event.

4. Non-Refundable & Weather Policy
All tickets are non-refundable. In the event of inclement weather, the event will be rescheduled to the following day or moved indoors. If I cannot attend the rescheduled date, I may apply my ticket value to a future L&L Club event.

5. Medical Disclaimer
I understand that wellness services or experiences provided at the event are for entertainment or general well-being purposes only and are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. I confirm that I am physically able to participate and will notify the host or any providers of any relevant health concerns in advance.


6. Collection and Use of Personal Data

We will collect and use the following data: 
Full name, date of birth, and email.

Use of Personal Data: We collect and use your personal data for these purposes:

• To address your public feedback about us.
• To send you important communication regarding the Event Venue.

7. Governing Law
This waiver shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes arising under this agreement shall be resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction in Miami-Dade County, Florida.

By registering for this event, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms outlined in this document. No signature is required.
