The Market Shop Event – Self Care Edition with Ashley Barron

Mat Sculpt in the Park with Ashley Barron

Sculpt & Shop in Lincoln Park

Join us for a 45-minute Mat Sculpt class in the heart of Lincoln Park . This class is a mix of strength, core, and cardio — super fun, super energizing. Bring water, your mat, towel, and if you want to spice it up, light hand weights (totally optional).

✨ To close the class, we’ll have a calming sound bath experience led by Meghan Olivia.

After class, stay and browse the cutest local vendors — the goal is to move, connect, and give a little love to small businesses.

Spots are limited so grab your mat and come join
