More Than Fit (MTF)

More Than Fit is a strength and performance gym in Bucktown. We train adults, youth-elite athletes, and moms before and after baby who are after more than just a sweat. Every session is coached, start to finish. We cap classes at 9 because real coaching can't happen in a crowd; allowing for high-quality coaching, real accountability, and a training experience that feels personal. Adults come in to get stronger and move better. The kind of progress you feel in everyday life, not just in the gym.
