Join trauma-informed life coach and Founder of [Inspired Warrior Project](https://www.instagram.com/inspiredwarriorproject/), Kass Gomez, alongside life coach [Nandi Camille](https://www.instagram.com/nandi.camille/), for a grounding and empowering community workshop at Blend Co. focused on mental health, nervous system support, self-care, and authentic connection.



This isn’t about perfection or “fixing” yourself.

It’s about creating space to slow down, breathe, reconnect with your body, and explore what wellness actually looks like for YOU.
