The Momilates Fitness Walk is a free weekly outdoor meetup designed for moms to move their bodies, connect with other women, and get out of the house with their little ones.

Our walks combine intentional walking, light strength training using optional hand weights, mobility work, and functional movement along the trail. Whether you’re newly postpartum, chasing toddlers, pregnant, or simply looking for community, you’re welcome here.

Bring your stroller, baby carrier, toddlers on balance bikes or scooters, or come solo. No fitness level is required.
