**Sensual Fluidity Dance Class** with Stephanie Peña is a movement experience rooted in self-awareness, intentionality, healing, and self-expression. It invites participants to embrace sensuality without shame, reconnect with themselves on a deeper level, build confidence, and unlock new layers of being.  Through practices such as walking as a goddess, exploring floorwork, and embodying a short movement choreography. So we thought — let’s do something different. **THE MOVE** is our new weekly movement club designed to get the community together every Tuesday for something active, social, and just plain fun.
