The Stretch Social - a guided stretching experience designed to help you release tight muscles, move more freely, and connect with others while. Blending mobility work with a personalized playlist and a feel-good atmosphere, this stretch session supports recovery, flexibility, and stress relief, all while being in community. Come for the stretch, stay for the energy, and leave feeling a little more connected.
